Typically a 2 hour initial appointment to collect your health and exercise background, perform several physical tests to gauge where you are starting from, and determine the best course for you. In this appointment we will help you identify both long term and some short term goals to focus on. Suggestions for how to move forward and what services to consider will also be given.
Whether you are looking to train with Craig in person, or attend a gym, or want to exercise yourself at home, this fitness assessment can help you to know where you’re starting at.
